The custom training subscription is for those who are looking for guidance and direction in the gym and would like a custom plan every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Sohee will create an individualized strength training regimen for you based on a comprehensive questionnaire. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule, with everything customized and tailored to fit your individual needs and available equipment. Every 4, 6, or 8 weeks you’ll submit a new form with your updates and you’ll receive a new program in 5 business days. Your follow-ups and duration of purchase must align.
