- Merchandise: We will process exchanges or refunds on unused/unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Original item(s) must be sent back before a refund will be processed. There is a 25% restocking fee applied.
- Digital items: Digital e-book purchases are non-refundable. Digital training programs such as Lift with Sohee are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to your next billing date by emailing email@example.com.
- Training Journals: Because our journals are custom printed on-demand, we are unable to offer refunds once the payment has been received. We ask that you pay close attention to your purchase to eliminate duplicate purchases.
- Consults: One-time consults for training and/or nutrition are eligible for refunds within 30 days after the date of purchase if the forms have not been submitted. After 30 days have passed, you receive store credit.
Once services have been rendered, there are no refunds. If you have purchased a bundle, there are no refunds for the unused portion of consults once the first consult has been completed – only store credit will be given
