Sohee will create an individualized strength training regimen for you based on a comprehensive questionnaire.

You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule, with everything customized and tailored to fit your individual needs and available equipment. Every 4, 6, or 8 weeks you’ll submit a new form with your updates and you’ll receive a new program in 5 business days. Your follow-ups and duration of purchase must align.

A: No, this option is not a coaching relationship. Sohee is not currently taking on any clients, but you can work with any of our other coaches here.

A: No, there are no check-ins with this option. Check-ins are for coaching clients only.

A: When Sohee is your coach, you will do a formal check-in via email with her on a bi-weekly basis answering a variety of questions about your gym progress, mindset, and more, and get feedback from her. Coaching with ELT Method is more hands-on service with more contact and accountability, and therefore an increased price point. This option is not a coaching option, and offers less accountability and no check-ins at a lower price point.

A: You will be filling out a new form every 4, 6, or 8 weeks depending on the duration you chose, and supplying Sohee with information for her to write you a new training program. You can also use the eat.lift.thrive Community Facebook group to ask questions.

A: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into our store and managing your membership. You cannot pause your subscription at this time. You can sign up with a new subscription when you are ready.

A: You will be billed every 4, 6, or 8 weeks starting the day you sign up. If you subscribe on March 15th, for example, you will be automatically billed on April 15th, May 15th, and so on until you manually cancel your subscription.

A: Every 4, 6, or 8 weeks depending on the duration you signed up for. Please note that you will receive your program 5 business days after form submission. Payment must be received in order for us to begin working on your program, thus you must stick to the same duration you originally paid for.

A: Yes, Sohee writes the custom programs for you and only you. This includes limited equipment or a home gym.

A: This option is best suited for those who want a custom training program on an ongoing monthly basis without the option of check-ins.

*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a PDF with a link to a questionnaire that must be filled out in order for Sohee to complete your training program. You will be asked to provide current progress pictures to show Sohee where your physique is currently. These pictures are completely private and are for Sohee’s eyes only. The program cannot be sent until the questionnaire is returned and complete. The Custom Training Program Subscription is not indicative of a coaching relationship with Sohee.*
