The one-time Behavior & Habits Consult service is your opportunity to connect with Sohee or Coach Rachel during a one-on-one Zoom call.

This consult is a helpful stepping stone for those who are struggling to know what behaviors and habits to implement for themselves and would like professional help in this area, and it includes a 100% customized training program. Note that this isnot an ongoing coaching relationship, but rather, a one-off service. It’s also the only service Sohee offers where you can have 30 minutes of her undivided attention.

This service is suitable for a beginner to intermediate level of comfort with nutrition (if you have a nutrition-related goal) as well as those who are looking to make long-term strides with their health. This is not a strictly macros-based nutrition plan, but rather, is focused more on implementing the right daily health behaviors customized to you.

Please note that it is not necessary to purchase both a Behavior & Habits Consult and a Macro Consult.

Please note that this isnot a meal plan service.

You do not have to have experience tracking macros, nor is it required that you track them post-consult unless requested by you or deemed appropriate by Sohee or Coach Rachel.

There are no ongoing check-ins with this option as it is not a coaching relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Behavior & Habits + Training Consult is intended for those with health-related goals who also need a 100% custom training program. For example, perhaps you want to improve your overall diet, shed body fat, or become a regular exerciser. You’ve come to the right place!

A: You will complete an initial informational form, and your consultation will take place during a 30-minute call with Sohee or Coach Rachel via Zoom. Your training program will be delivered five (5) business days after your call with Sohee or Coach Rachel.

A: After payment, you’ll receive a PDF download that includes a link to a detailed questionnaire to fill out. Note you’ll include your measurements and recent progress pictures, as well as all available exercise equipment so that Sohee can write your consult. The form is the first step in the process; further information can be provided in your scheduled call with her.

A: You will get a confirmation email with a link to schedule your call with Sohee or Coach Rachel. From there you can pick a time that works best for you. Please note that Sohee and Coach Rachel are in the PST time zone, and so their appointment availability is scheduled accordingly. You’re encouraged to look at a time zone calculator to see what that might mean for you if you’re outside of the continental US. If you truly cannot find a time that works for you, you can reply to your confirmation email and we’ll do our best to find one.

The training program portion of your program will be sent to you via email 5 (five) business days after the call takes place. Any information that is missing will result in a delay in your program, so please make sure you take the time to answer all the questions fully. Sohee and Coach Rachel are located in California and so consults are sent at the end of the day PST time. For those of you in other time zones, this may not beyour end of the day.

A: Sohee/Coach Rachel may or may not prescribe you a calorie range or macros to hit, as she may suggest other habits and skills for you at this time.

A: Sohee/Coach Rachel will let you know how long she suggests you practice these skills and what your next steps should be.

A: There is no ongoing support with this service as it is intended to be a one-off service.

A: Coaching is a more hands-on option that comes with ongoing support and increased accountability, and this comes at a higher price point. If you’re interested in working with a coach on the ELT Method team, you can apply here.

A: The macro consult is specifically for individuals who would like personalized macronutrient and/or/ calorie recommendations tailored to their fitness goals. Its focus is not on the behavioral aspect of long-term change.

The Behavior & Habit + Training Consult is more all-encompassing and addresses the daily behaviors to master in order to achieve your goals, and includes a 100% customized training program. If you have a general idea ofwhat you’re supposed to do but have been struggling withhow to consistently execute the right behaviors, this is for you. This may or may not include macro/calorie recommendations as well depending on what is deemed most appropriate for you.

A: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment, however, we ask that you do so with more than 24 hours’ notice. Failure to give Sohee or Coach Rachel 24 hours notice will result in a $50 USD rescheduling fee. Appointments more than 5 minutes late or no-shows will also have the same rescheduling fee applied.

A: Once you have had your appointment with Sohee or Coach Rachel, no refunds will be applied.
