Find the perfect program! Take Quiz

You will receive nutrition recommendations according to your fitness and health goals.

You are able to stay on the program for the duration of your choice, getting updates every 4, 6, or 8 weeks depending on your preference and on the subscription duration you have chosen. Your follow-ups and duration of purchase must align.

We take into consideration your dieting history, lifestyle preferences, roadblocks, and more to provide guidance on how to level up your nutrition behaviors. Calorie and/or macronutrient recommendations may also be provided at the coach’s discretion depending on what is most appropriate for you as an individual.

This service is best suited to those who have prior macro-tracking experience as it is a more advanced skill.

The nutrition program is NOT a meal plan service.

Sohee will create an individualized strength training regimen for you based off of a comprehensive questionnaire. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule, with everything customized and tailored to fit your individual needs.

A: If you are a 1-1 coaching client, you will do a formal check-in via email with her on a bi-weekly basis answering a variety of questions about your adherence, gym progress, mindset and more, and get feedback. Coaching with ELT Method is more hands-on service with more contact and accountability, and therefore an increased price point. This option is not a coaching option and offers less accountability and no check-ins at a lower price point.

A: You will be filling out a new form every 4 (or 6 or 8) weeks and supplying Sohee with information for her to write you a new training program. You can also use the eat.lift.thrive Community Facebook group to ask questions.

A: Sohee may or may not prescribe you macros each month, however, depending upon progress and adherence, she may have you stay on the same macros for more than 4 weeks at a time. Each submission does not necessarily mean that you’ll get new macros as you may not need any adjustments, however, it does count towards your monthly feedback.

A: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into our store and managing your membership.

A: You will be billed every 4, 6, or 8 weeks starting the day you sign up. You can stay on the program for the duration of your choice. Payment must be received before your program will be started, so you must stick to the same duration.

A: Every 4, 6, or 8 weeks depending on your chosen duration. We recommend getting in your follow-up form to Sohee on the same day every month, preferably on the same day your payment goes through. Please note that you will receive your program 5 business days after form submission. Please stick to the same duration that you have purchased. If you pay for a 6 week program, you should submit your follow-up every 6 weeks, and so forth.

A: This option is best suited for those who want a nutrition program and custom training on an ongoing basis without the option of check-ins.

*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a PDF with a link to a questionnaire that must be filled out in order for Sohee to compute your training & macro program. Programs cannot be sent until the questionnaire is returned and complete. The monthly training & macro program is not indicative of a coaching relationship with Sohee. You may be asked to provide current progress pictures to show Sohee where your physique is at currently. These pictures are completely private and are for Sohee’s eyes only. Custom training & macro programs are sent out 5 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) after submission of a complete form.*
