We take into consideration your dieting history, lifestyle preferences, roadblocks, and more to provide guidance on how to level up your nutrition behaviors. Calorie and/or macronutrient recommendations may also be provided at the coach’s discretion depending on what is most appropriate for you as an individual.

This is NOT a meal plan service.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: After payment, you’ll receive a link to a detailed questionnaire to fill out. Note you’ll include your measurements and recent progress pictures so that Sohee can calculate your macros. Pictures and macros are not mandatory.

A: You will get a confirmation email which lets you know the date you can expect to receive your macros. Sohee is located in California, and macros will come to you on the confirmed date by the end of her workday, based on Pacific Standard Time. For those of you in other time-zones, this may not beyour end of day.

A: Your custom consult will arrive via email.

A: If you are hitting your prescribed macros (ie: 120 P, 200C, 50F) then you are hitting your prescribed target calories. Calories and macros are necessarily related.

A: Purchasing 3 or 6 consults will allow you to touch base with Sohee for follow-up on your numbers as you make progress.

A: Coaching is a more hands-on option that comes with increased accountability and an increased cost. Sohee is not currently taking clients, but you can sign up with any of our other coaches here.

A: There is no need to be trying to hit certain numbers. However, Sohee does need to know your current intake if you are currently counting them. If you could take the time to log 2-3 days of typical eating for you, those numbers will be perfect.

A: You can ask any follow-up questions in the exclusive Facebook group linked in your confirmation email.

A: The macro consult is not a meal plan service, and Sohee will not recommend specific foods or meals that you should be eating daily. You are encouraged to find foods that you enjoy and fit them into your day.

A: We will give refunds for one-time (single) consults that Sohee has not begun work on if you request one within 30 days, but before submitting your form. If you purchase a bundle and have received one consult but decide you don’t want to use the rest that you have left in the bundle, they are ineligible for a refund and no refund will be supplied.

*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a PDF with a link to a questionnaire that must be filled out in order for Sohee to compute your consult. Your consult cannot be sent until the questionnaire is returned and complete. The one-time consult is not indicative of a coaching relationship with Sohee. You will be asked to provide current progress pictures to show Sohee where your physique is at currently – these are not mandatory. These pictures are completely private and are for Sohee’s eyes only. Customized consults are sent out five business days following the completion of payment and the questionnaire, excluding weekends and holidays. *
