FAQ
What should I wear?
Please come in your lifting attire! Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. For shoes, we recommend thin-soled shoes, or you can lift in socks only.
Are there showers at the venue?
No, there is a bathroom at the venue but no shower. We recommend bringing your own towel.
Is there food provided?
As this is a short event, no food will be provided. There will be some water bottles available, but please bring your own snacks and fluids!
Will I get 1-on-1 private instruction from Sohee?
Any coaching you receive will be done in the group setting. Coaches Sohee and Rachel will be there working with everyone both together and individually throughout the duration of the workshop.
I have an injury / movement restriction. Can I still attend?
You’ll be sent a short questionnaire before the workshop which will ask for this kind of information. We’ll do our best to work around any restrictions!
What’s the parking situation?
There is plenty of free parking! The venue is in an industrial park, so you will have no problem finding a parking spot.
What’s the cancellation policy?
You have until one (1) week before the event to cancel your spot for a full refund. Please send an email to info@soheefit.com to request your refund by January 11, 2025. No refund will be provided if you cancel within one week of the event.
