Nutrition coaching with the ELT Method is a 1-on-1 coaching option. With this, an ELT Method Coach oversees all aspects of your nutrition. Experience with tracking calories and macronutrients is not required.
Emphasis will be placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition, and calories/macronutrients will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.
This option is great for those of you who have a solid exercise program in place but need the extra accountability of a coach to dial in your nutrition and other lifestyle behaviors.
