Lift at Home
Lift at Home Program was created for people who have zero access to traditional gym equipment. It uses bodyweight and common implements found around the house, like chairs, ottomans, and filled backpacks.
With 1-on-1 nutrition coaching, an ELT Method Coach oversees all aspects of your nutrition. Experience with tracing calories and macronutrients is not required. Emphasis is placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition. Calories and/or macronutrients will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.
