Lift at Home
Lift at Home Program was created for people who have ZERO access to traditional gym equipment. It uses bodyweight and common implements found around the house, like chairs, ottomans, and filled backpacks.
We take your dieting history, lifestyle, preferences, and more into account in order to provide personalized guidance on how to level up your nutrition behaviors. Calorie and/or macronutrient recommendations may also be provided at the coach’s discretion depending on what is most important to you.
