Momentum By Sohee
Lift With Sohee is my online group strength training program designed for both home and gym. It’s a great option for anyone who has experience in the weight room and wants a structured program that varies from month to month.
With 1-on-1 nutrition coaching, an ELT Method Coach oversees all aspects of your nutrition. Experience with tracing calories and macronutrients is not required. Emphasis is placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition. Calories and/or macronutrients will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.
