Lift at Home
Lift at Home Program was created for those of you who have access to ZERO traditional gym equipment and utilizes bodyweight or common implements found in your homes such as a chair, ottoman, and even a filled backpack.
Nutrition coaching with the ELT Method is a 1-on-1 coaching option. With this, an ELT Method Coach oversees all aspects of your nutrition. Experience with tracking calories and macronutrients is not required.
Emphasis will be placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition, and calories/macronutrients will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.
