A: No, you don't need this program in addition to Lift with Sohee. However, if you've found that the home workouts from Lift with Sohee are not ideal because you don't have dumbbells or bands, this might be more appropriate for you for now. It is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels of fitness.
Q: How do I log in?
A: Please make sure you run through the entire signup process and create a membership with your email and password. This will then send you a confirmation email with all the links you need.

A: The payment for this program is on a site external from our store and unfortunately PayPal is not an option. If you reside in the EU and do not have a credit card and otherwise cannot pay for this, please email info@soheefit.com and we'll figure out a workaround for you.
