With this 1-on-1 coaching option, an ELT Method coach oversees all aspects of your training and nutrition. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, a sample weekly schedule, and exercise demos. Your customized program will be designed to suit your time restrictions, equipment availability, exercise preferences, and fitness goal, while also working around any injury limitations you may have.
Coaching clients must be familiar with compound lifts and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates, variety of dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and an adjustable bench.
Experience with tracking calories and macronutrients is not required. Emphasis will be placed on eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition, and calories/macronutrients will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.
