…and let the adventures begin. I don’t know how you stumbled across my blog, but I’m happy to have you here.

Who am I? Most of you probably have no idea. Hop on over to my About Me page to find out what I’m all about.

This is me. Oh hey.

Please bear with me here for a short while as I navigate my way through WordPress. I’m a complete beginner when it comes to technical things like this, so this is going to be quite the learning curve for me. I’ve only got the bare bones of this site up and running; I will continue to add more content in the coming days.

Did you read it? My About Me page, I mean. If not, it’s over here.

I cannot tell you how excited I am to start this blog. Finally. It’s been a long time coming. And hopefully, you’ll be interested enough to stick around and read what I have to say.

This site is dedicated for anyone who’s even remotely interested in fitness – the scientific stuff, controversial stuff, the silly stuff… all of it. If you’re struggling, I’ve been there. If you’re curious, that’s great, because so am I! If you’re thoughtful, inquisitive, and open-minded, then you’ve come to the right place.

I’ll be sharing a lot of my personal stories related to fitness in addition to insights, musings, and perhaps the occasional cute animal video. Oh yes, and valuable training- and fitness-related content, of course. Can’t forget that. I’m an autodidact with an insatiable appetite for books – so I’ll offer my reviews on those as well (just finished Dan John’s Never Let Go).

I’ll keep this first post short and sweet. Before I go, though, I want to leave you with this one little gem of advice: never, ever stop learning.

Stayed tuned for more!

I found your blog on Facebook through Will Brink. I love what you said in the “about me” section. I recently started a blog as well … navigating through WordPress is a trip, but I generally find all the answers I need online. Keep up the good work, and as you said … never stop learning!

Sweet deal. I’m attempting to kill the “squats make you bulky” myth for all the women in the world, so you’re blog caught my attention. I’ll be checking in on ya in the future.

Hoping I can help squash that myth!
