Sohee’s training program is updated monthly and comes complete with linked exercise demos via PDF format. This is a great option for those of you that have experience in the weight room and would like a structured program that varies month to month. All subscribers get both a home-based and gym-based program.
There are form-checks and community interaction with this option via membership in a private Facebook group, where you’ll be doing the same program as everyone else. You can ask questions and get feedback from Sohee, the ELT Method coaches, and your peers.
Upon purchase, you’ll receive the program as a digital download (PDF) and will be billed in the subscription frequency of your choice – monthly or yearly, which you can cancel at any time. Please note that Lift with Sohee is not available via a mobile app.
