We will process exchanges or refunds on unused/unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Original item(s) must be sent back before a refund will be processed. We will apply a 25% restocking fee to any returned merchandise.

Digital e-book purchases and other digital downloads such as Lift with Sohee are non-refundable.

Refund requests for consultation programs must be submitted to info@soheefit.com within 30 days of your payment date. After 30 days, services are eligible for store credit. Once services have been started/rendered, there are no refunds. We do not offer refunds on partially used consult bundles.

Online coaching is more hands-on and therefore offered at a higher price point. You have unlimited email access to your coach as well as private bi-weekly check-in's. The consults are self-directed and offer no accountability outside of the program itself.

Yes, both our custom macro programs and custom training programs are truly 100% tailored to you and your needs. You will fill out a comprehensive form and your program will be based on the information provided. 

No. At this time we do not offer any virtual consultations and we do not plan to.

While we're sorry to see you go, of course, you can easily cancel your subscription by logging into our store using the email and password you created upon signup and clicking on "Manage Membership". You can then cancel from there.
