If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

We all know that famous adage, right?

Well, what if we planned to plan to fail?

Failing in and of itself isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I’d argue, in fact, that in order to truly thrive, you will experience far more failures with only a sprinkling of successes along the way.

When it comes to fitness, it’s much the same way.
